Abulee is a digital platform designed to support parents and caregivers with tools to manage activities, share resources, and build community. The app aims to foster connection between families, educators, and helpers in a trusted environment.

Working alongside another designers and under the guidance of a product manager, I was responsible for designing:
Activity Center: A centralized space for tracking tasks, activities, and events relevant to each caregiver or family. Compare with meetup, notion
File Center: A shared area where users can upload, access, and organize files such as documents, forms, and learning materials. Competitive analysis with google drive and dropbox
The PM typically provided the problem statement and initial solution direction, and our job was to turn it into a clear, functional interface.
Because the team didn’t conduct user testing, I focused on:
Clear information hierarchy to help busy parents quickly find what they need
Accessible UI with readable text and family-friendly visuals
Scalable components for task lists, calendar items, and file categories
Consistency with the overall app style and brand guidelines
I learned to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and align visuals with strategic goals
Working under constraints (no testing, fixed flows) taught me how to design clearly even without perfect data
Designing utility features like the hub and file center helped me grow in UX clarity and interaction patterns
Due to NDA: I can’t share detailed visuals, but I’m happy to walk through my process and thoughts upon request.
